ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ

  • Thank You Brent for having this gentleman on your Podcast with you. He is outstanding!

  • Great conversation! I love where he synthesizes Jesus’ teachings with the Disciples and states that “Believe” and “Follow” should be the right and left foot of every Christians life.

  • The best resource I’ve found for understanding progressive Christianity and deconstruction is Alisa Childers. She has a fantastic podcast/channel and a book, Another Gospel.

  • Fantastic episode!

  • Love this!

  • Not a place for politics, .The average Christian is not like this.Stop fueling the fire.!!!

  • I really enjoyed this study on the Lord’s Prayer ❤️ Thank you, Pastors

  • Ohhhh… I did not know that part was not there… but upon thinking about the wording… it does make sense!

  • Thank you for this talk! It is so true that there are evil spirits and demons just lurking about waiting for the chance to cause mischief and not plant evil seeds. I’ve experienced it myself. The summer I went to Circle Square Ranch to be a Leader In Training I had some not so pleasant experiences: nightmares, loud negative voices while praying….

  • That intro 🔥 🤣

  • “In the church we have too much stuff and tolerance for things, and being entertained off of things that Jesus died to destroy” -Anthony Moore Solid word.

  • Thank you for doing this interview with Pastor John I really enjoyed this. He was one of my favorite teachers and always enjoyed his preaching.

  • This has been such a blessing,so powerful,Thankyou guys so much.

  • Watched the whole thing! Hehe

  • Pastor Brent, I don’t understand- God is all knowing, so why would He put two trees in the Garden as a “test”.

  • Thanks for sharing your verses that help orient your life. I often find myself running back to Ephesians 6:11-20 - put on the whole armour of God. I also really like Proverbs 16:3 - commit to the Lord whatever you do and He will establish your plans.

  • This was really good! Thanks to each Pastor for your thoughts and input💕. I, too, have benefitted from the fasting we do as a church. Actually, it has been a little over a year since I stopped watching the vast majority of tv programs and I turned the radio off

  • Thankyou all.

  • Our purpose is to bring Glory to HIM. The way we do this is by living out Heaven here on Earth. May the Holy Spirit come and guide me.

  • How about this: yes, there are two categories- male and female- yes masculinity and femininity; but there are many qualities and the fruits of the Spirit are for both sides- male and female. Men can be kind and gentle.... am I making sense?

  • This is sooo good! It is so hard to get past feelings of inadequacy, not good enough, low self esteem/ self-confidence. I know in my heart I am loved by God. But what do you do when the thoughts are linked to medical conditions?

  • Bubbly sparkling water tastes salty to me... blah!!!

  • Love all y'alls honesty.

  • People-kind 🤣

  • Great interview. Loved hearing your stories. This is going to reach so many people. Keep making this great content.

  • Fantastic discussion 👏

  • This is a fantastic discussion! Also I stayed watching but I don't wear glasses 😜😜

  • Loved the podcast. Very encouraging.. Thank You

    • Thanks for listening, Dianne

  • How can i listen to this on your podcast channel?

    • Hey Robert! You can find the podcast wherever you listen to podcasts (Apple podcasts, Spotify, Google podcasts, etc.)

  • Fantastic chat guys!

  • Amen

  • My man Teah!!

  • So good! Calling is one thing...obedience is another! Wonderful to see what God has and continues to do through you both...that’s obedience to the call!! :) Awesome!

  • I love these podcasts dealing with the tension between the church and modern culture/politics. I say with all sincerity, the struggle is real.

  • Excellent conversation

  • Thanks for a good, wide-ranging conversation. Glad I could listen in!

  • So good so rich and so true Real men with real hearts for God

  • Love John and Willow

  • "heart behind the rules" You have left me lots to think about! Thanks

  • Boys, I’m listening. Keep the conversations coming!

  • love it. great conversation

  • Really love this. Great thoughts to really build upon. 👊

  • "Being 'woke' is the secular version being born again." Great observation.

  • I especially appreciate the comment about how talking to someone who has bought into this worldview is like talking to someone who has been possessed by an ideology, and you’re no longer having a conversation with the person but with this ideology. I have a sister who has been “woke” for about ten years, slowly beginning to use these words and phrases that I didn’t understand, and even when she used words everyone is familiar with the definition had been changed so much that a conversation became barely comprehensible. It’s honestly a bit like talking to someone in a cult, where they have their own lingo that no one but them understands and disagreement with them is an absolute no-no. It wasn’t until a few months ago when my husband and I stumbled across a podcast about progressive Christianity that then led us to a podcast where Alisa Childers (an apologist) was interviewing Neil Shenvi about Critical Theory, that all of the pieces began to click together and I was actually able to understand what in the world my sister has been saying and believing in these last ten years. And having a better understanding of it gives me hope that maybe we can begin to have real, meaningful conversations again. I would love to see you present more information and more biblical insight about these matters so that others can understand as well. We need more people speaking up about these things from a biblical perspective.

  • I am so thankful that you shared this Pastor Brent , so much of what you all spoke on I have been praying for months, We so need to know the word, and live it in these deceptive times , but not only in our immediate influence but in church as well. You touched on so many points cultural, soceo economic, political and spiritual. Too much to go into here but know that this is so important for us to hear, am thankful for leaders who hear the Holy Spirit. Im so encouraged personally and in the collective body. We live in a time where God is on the move in a big way. God bless you all.

  • Good word man! Definitely need to remind myself on this one from time to time! :D

  • I absolutely loved this! Thanks for sharing this discussion. The spiritual realm is very real, this is so exciting. I have had a few spiritual encounters and the journey is amazing. I desire all that the Lord has. This podcast was such a blessing 🙂

  • Beautiful. Thank you for pulling this together.

  • Thank you for this podcast. It really made me pause, think, and see things in a clearer perspective. I cried at MANY points. I hear you. I see you. I believe you. I am with you. Yes, we are all clay and I am still in the hands of the Potter and through Him, may we all move forward with the heart of Christ firmly at the forefront. “Where are you and where is your brother.” Yes, indeed. God bless you all.

  • Good word AJ,thankyou all.

  • This really impacted my thought process and has challenged me to do a lot better when it comes to addressing racism around us. Thanks guys!

  • Thank you for this great conversation, that will hopefully help to educate others. We are hoping there will be more from the "Gospel Guys."

  • Great Message Pastor Brent! Thanks for sharing!

  • So helpful! Thank you! It's OK to be clay!

  • I teach grade 2 in Sackville, NS. I was once having a conversation with my class about racism, and a little boy said: "I used to be racist, because I didn't have any Black friends, and I was afraid of Black people just because they look different. But now that I have Black friends, I'm not afraid of them anymore." So I think this is such a powerful conversation; white men and Black men; friends talking together about tough stuff, in such an open, respectful, honest way. Thank you.

  • So glad that I took the time to listen to your conversation. At times I found that it was difficult to hear and yet it needed to be shared. I found Matthews's comments concerning other issues that affect God's children, like rape, abuse, etc., can elicit a strong response from people and yet we can ignore racism. I heard on TV today that the lack of action is sometimes as bad as the act itself, and I agree with that. May God grant us love, compassion, and hearts that are in tune with God's will for all people. AWESOME CONVERSATION!

  • Wow... holy indeed. Thank you for this.

  • Thank you for using your privilege to share the lived experience of these prophetic witnesses. Amen Amen! I've been sharing this with our church family to continue the conversation.

  • This is a great conversation. If you care about life, God, and the Church, you need to care about loving your neighbour, and about valuing all people. I urge and challenge you to listen attentively to these wise voices, and move ahead afterward reflective, repentant, and wiser than you were before. May you hear God speaking His good news for all people through these respected messengers sharing their lives and their own stories with you here. Well done, and well worth the time. Thank you!

  • This is difficult to listen to and yet excellent, with practical information to equip and move forward. Thank you, gentlemen, for taking the time and having the guts to make this. I live in Atlantic Canada, and your stories correct my ignorance that "this is not nearby". Obviously it is. Praying that God continues to use you and this video for good and his glory.
